PRIME LOCATION 150 METRE WALK TO BEACH   

FORT MYERS BEACH          ESTERO ISLAND             SOUTHWEST GULF COAST

It is a 150 metre level walk to the white sandy beach, 200 metre to  a Publix  provisions store and opening summer 2008 a waterfront Restaurant at the Marina just a 250 metre walk from our house.

House and Furnishings

Our three bedroom two bathroom bungalow which we have owned for some twelve years provides easy ground floor access and is ideal for the elderly and infirm, also for supervision of children whilst using

swimming pool.

There are three sets of patio sliding doors opening on to the pool deck and direct access from the pool deck to the en-suite bathroom.
