Here you will find some of the finest beaches in Florida and a superior climate, which from November through March can be some 10°f  warmer than just a few miles north towards Sarasota and Tampa.

Whilst during the warm summer months being so close to the Gulf of Mexico you get to enjoy the gentle Sea breeze.

There are many golf courses in our area, so if you wish you can walk down the road to play in the Gulf while they go and play Golf.

  Situated in a quiet prestigiouse cul de sac and having a variety of Palm trees  and

 tropical bushes this could be your little bit of paradise for a while.

 The location is ideal for a day trip to the Everglades, the Islands of Sanibel &

 Captiva, Lovers Key State Park, Barefoot Beach and Naples., even take a day trip

 to Key West on the high speed Catamaran which operates from Fort Myers Beach

  Minimum rental period is seven nights, with no set changeover day

 Our house is managed by a local rental company with a 24 hour contact number.
